Open Access Policy

  1. Provide direct open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange;
  2. Allow authors to hold copyright and retain publishing rights without restriction;
  3. Content deposits with long-term digital preservation or archiving programs;
  4. Using DOIs as permanent identifiers;
  5. Include machine-readable CC license information in the article;
  6. Allow generous reuse and mixing of content, in accordance with the CC BY-SA license;
  7. Can Provide Provide article-level metadata for indexers and aggregators;
  8. Have a deposit policy registered with the deposit policy registry, e.g. Garuda.
