If this paper is accepted for online publication, you are required to pay the Article Publication Fee to cover publication costs.

Publication Fee Waivers
However, if you (the Author) do not have the funds to cover these costs, you have the opportunity to waive any fees, including reasons that are accepted by the editorial team. This waiver is only granted to manuscripts deemed of high quality by the editorial team, as we do not want financial constraints to hinder the proper publication of valuable work.
